Additionally, the processing time for this program is significantly faster than other immigration pathways, offering an efficient solution for employers seeking to fill skilled positions.

Mobility Program

To qualify for the Francophone Mobility Program, the applicant’s primary language must be French, though no language is required for the job itself. The employer must submit a legal employment offer and the applicant pays the compliance fee, unless waived. Refunds apply only if the offer is withdrawn. The applicant is responsible for paying the employer compliance fee unless the employer decides to waive it. The compliance fee can only be refunded if the employer withdraws the job offer.
